The programme, designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to remain competitive in today's fast-paced business environment, kicked off with a ceremony during the weekend at the Palms By Eagles Accra Hotel at the Airport City in Accra.

The training programme, tailored to meet the specific needs of business owners, covers a range of topics, including Strategic Decision-Making Skills, Comprehensive Business Knowledge, Networking Opportunities, Time-Efficient Development, and Adaptability to Market Trends.

The programme is designed to provide business participants with the tools and expertise needed to drive growth, innovation, creativity and sustainability in their organisations.
By participating in the programme, beneficiaries will gain enhanced strategic management skills.
Participants will learn how to develop and implement effective business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
MTN Ghana and Absa Bank are committed to supporting the growth and development of Ghana's business community.

By partnering with Nova Business School, the two companies aim to provide business owners with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today's competitive business environment.
"Partnership between the two corporate bodies is an indication of their commitment to supporting the growth and development of Ghana's business community," said Benedict Bentil, Senior Manager, Enterprise Marketing and Portfolio Management, MTN

The 13-week training programme is designed to empower business decision-makers and top management members to take their organisations to the next level.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the MTN Senior Manager for Enterprise Marketing and Portfolio Management, Mr Benedict Bentil, said MTN’s collaboration with Absa Bank is a testament to what’s possible when corporate Ghana comes together to deliver real impact, thanking Nova Business School Africa for being the academic delivery partner, whose expertise will guide this programme.

Mr Benard Bentil said that in the next 13 weeks, participants will engage in full-day, hands-on sessions across four critical pillars, such as Strategic Growth, Financial Advisory Services, Business Development, and Operational Excellence.
He added that the experience gained from the training goes beyond the classroom, with one-on-one coaching, capstone projects, and post-programme advisory support designed to help you apply what you learn in real time.

He said that because MTN understands the entrepreneurial journey doesn’t end after training, this programme includes continued business development and operational support for three months after the final session.
Mr Bentil expressed his gratitude to the management of ABSA Bank and Nova Business Africa for the partnership.
