'Glee' star Naya Rivera has got engaged to rapper Big Sean after a whirlwind six month engagement, her representative confirms.

The 'Glee' actress - who is known for her role as lesbian cheerleader Santana Lopez - is set to tie the knot with her rapper beau after six months of dating, her representative confirms to JustJared.com.

The 26-year-old beauty previously revealed how she and the 'Control' hitmaker met through Twitter and had both been attracted to each other from afar.

She said: ''I had followed him and he sent me a little message like, 'I'm a fan.' I tweeted that I followed him, I was trying to get his attention. We went to dinner and the rest is history.''

Naya even enlisted the 25-year-old rapper to help her break into the music industry, appearing on her debut single, 'Sorry'.

The sexy brunette was once linked to her 'Glee' co-star Mark Salling, who plays Puck.

The pair are thought to have dated while filming the first season of the hit musical show between 2009 and 2010.

Meanwhile, Naya will soon be seen exchanging smooches with another music star - 'The X Factor' USA judge and 'Heart Attack' hitmaker, Demi Lovato.

The 21-year-old starlet has booked a guest star role on 'Glee' this season as a love interest to Naya's Santana.
