Statement:
As the holy month of Ramadan begins, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) extends warm wishes to all Muslims in Ghana and around the world. This sacred period of fasting, prayer, and reflection is a time to strengthen faith, promote unity, and uphold the values of compassion and generosity.
The NDC acknowledges the significance of Ramadan in fostering discipline, selflessness, and devotion to Allah. We recognize the contributions of the Muslim community to national development and remain committed to ensuring an inclusive and harmonious society where all religious groups thrive in peace and mutual respect.
As Muslims embark on this spiritual journey, we pray for Allah’s blessings, guidance, and mercy upon them and their families. May this Ramadan bring renewed hope, prosperity, and unity to our nation.
Ramadan Mubarak!
Signed,
Fifi Fiavi Kwetey
General Secretary
