The National Democratic Party (NDP) will next month launch its national campaign to contest the 2012 presidential and parliamentary polls.
Officials of the party told Joy News they are feverishly putting administrative structures in place to ensure the smooth organization of the event.
The party has been raising funds for its campaign and already has jingles playing on radio stations to propagate its message to the electorate.
Interim National Chairman, Josiah Aryeh did not rule out the presence of former first lady Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings at the upcoming campaign launch when he spoke to Joy News in an interview.
“Well, we are making approaches of certain people; if you like we are trying to even head-hunt individuals…”
“We will over the next week or two be able to tell you categorically which particular individuals we have head-hunted or approached and who agreed to be part of us,” he stated.
