The owner of popular restaurant, 'Odo Rice' here in Accra says she is scared for her life after she was threatened by some policemen.
Elizabeth Naa Hema Nunoo said she has been threatened after making a formal complaint against some police officers who assaulted her workers few days ago and wants the police high command to investigate the incident.
Plain clothed police officers were involved in a brawl with some workers of the restaurant over what they say is improper parking by the police.
According to the workers, the police fired warning shots and beat them up with the butt of their guns.
Three of them were injured and Madam Nunoo was displeased about the manner in which the police acted.
The case is being investigated by the police but the Accra public affairs unit has already denied any wrongdoing on the part of the officers being accused.
