Defender John Paintsil says the Black Stars will be counting on African support in their crucial World Cup quarter final clash against Uruguay on Friday.Ghana is the only African country left at the World Cup and will thus carry the continent’s hopes on her shoulders.Confidence is brewing in the Black Stars camp, despite injury concerns that have plagued the team ahead of Friday’s match.Kevin Prince Boateng and Hans Adu Sarpei are yet to return to training after missing yesterday’s team training session.
