Five more organizations on Thursday presented their widow's might in the form of items and foodstuff to support this year's Joy FM Easter Soup Kitchen after a short ceremony at the station's premises at Kokomlmle in Accra.
The companies are National Lotteries Authority which donated items worth GHc5000.00. The East Cantonment Pharmacy also presented cartons of Welman and Welwoman energy drinks and other pharmaceutical products worth GHc11,000.
Also at the office to make a donation were the staff of GT Bank who have been sponsoring the event since its inception. The bankers presented bags of rice, gallons of cooking oil, Indomie, soft drinks and clothings.
Holy Child Senior High School (American Field Service) also supported the program with four boxes of bottled water, provisions and toiletries.
Olam Nutrifoods were not left out as they also supported with 15 cartons of Tasty Tom enriched tomato mix and seven cartons of Tasty Tom Pasta.
The Joy FM Easter Soup Kitchen is an annual program introduced some years back to feed under privileged children across the capital.
