Ghanaian forward Ransford-Yeboah Konigsdorffer scored two goals to power Hamburg to victory over SSV Ulm and secure promotion to the Bundesliga.
The German side's 6-1 victory marked their return to the top-flight after seven years in Bundesliga II.
Ransford-Yeboah has been instrumental in the feat, having scored 14 league goals
"It’s such a great feeling to have achieved promotion, and we’re really looking forward to the Bundesliga."
Meanwhile, Hamburg could be confirmed champions of the Bundesliga 2 with win over Greuther Furth in their final game of the season.
