Police in Kumasi have arrested two persons suspected to be behind the murder of a middle-aged woman at Abrepo - a suburb in the metropolis.The woman is reported to have left her matrimonial home at a village near Dunkwaw in the Central Region to visit her in-laws following a fight with the husband.Speaking to Joy News, the Divisional Crime Officer at Suame, DSP Kweku Duah explained that the two men are related to the victim's husband and live in the same room together with the victims three year old daughter.He said, “according to the two boys who were picked [up] around three am they over heard the baby girl crying and when they wanted to find out whether the mother was asleep or not they found to their surprise that the mother was not in the room.”DSP Duah added that, according to the two men, they tried looking for the lady until about six AM when they had information that the lady had been butchered to death.Upon suspecting foul play the police then picked up the two men to assist in investigations.Source: Joy News/Myjoyonline.com/Ghana
