The Member of Parliament for Tamale North, Alhassan Suhuyini has donated a hearse to the Taha community and its environs to help convey the dead to the cemetery.
The community until Saturday did not have a vehicle to carry the dead to the cemetery making it a priority need for the people.
Mr Suhiyini told the media the health implication of transporting the dead to the cemetery was of concern and paramount to them than how much it cost.

According to the MP, the people had requested for a tricycle to perform this task but he thought it was not befitting, therefore, his decision to support them with a hearse.
Mr Suhiyini then pledged to continue to support the people in the area.

The Tamale North MP also took the liberty to inspecting some ongoing projects he initiated in his constituency.
He first he visited the nearly completed community health facility at Ward K, a three-unit classroom block with auxiliary facilities at Adabiya School at Kalpohin Village and another three-unit classroom block at Kanvili at Zamzammiya Islamic School.

His tour also took him to Nyanshegu where he inspected electrical materials (200 electric poles and 30 coils (drums) of electric cables) for the extension of electricity to some areas within the Tamale North Constituency.
Another community he visited was the Tuunaayile where he inspected a well-constructed to provide potable drinking water for the people of Tuunaayili.
