A 72-year-old American who claims to be a retired United States Air Force Two Star General, has been arrested by the Police for allegedly videotaping the sexual acts he engages Ghanaian ladies in, for a GH¢500 fee.James Kellim was said to have also offered the ladies phallic vibrators to insert in their vaginas and meow like cats for the cameras which, it is suspected, would be used for commercial phonographic purposes outside the country. The videos are interspersed with commentaries by the frail-looking but smart James Kellim. Some of the sexy comments include, “B.B. you are too much, do it this way, correct”.The recordings were captured in six series, each lasting about a minute, with the ladies’ gaze fixed on the lens of the camera as they feigned seriousness.Other video recordings, upon examination, showed the ladies sipping beverages which could be alcoholic, to prompt sexual arousal for the pornographic video sessions. The suspect was arrested yesterday morning at his Tesano base hotel by personnel of the Police Intelligence and Professional Standards (PIPS) unit following a tip-off.Briefing the media, ACP Timothy Ashitey stated that on Tuesday September 15, 2009, the police had a tip-off that the said American was engaging some Ghanaian girls in “hot sex”.He said the suspect gave them the phallic vibrators to insert in their private parts and meow like cats and as though having sex with a man, whilst he filmed the action, for a fee.ACP Timothy Ashitey said the 72-year-old man, after bargaining with the ladies, gave them an advance payment of GH¢100, out of the total agreement fee of GH¢500.The service commences with a normal sexual engagement with all the girls on the same bed followed with the turn of the phallic vibrators and the meowing session.“According to our investigations, he had already engaged other girls in such similar exercises at several hotels in Accra before his arrest.”According to ACP Timothy Ashitey, the police mounted surveillance on him for a couple of days after the tip-off.The officer cautioned Ghanaian women to be mindful of their dealings with expatriates.“You should be careful about some of these ‘white men’ who come into the country. Some of them just deceive you and involve you in certain activities which in the end bring disgrace to you and Ghana as a whole.”This arrest comes on the heels of another case of an American pedophile who engaged primary-school, aged girls, to suck his manhood. The alleged pedophile made his first appearance in court on Tuesday following investigations and seizure of tell-tale evidence of his escapades.Source: Daily Guide/Ghana
