Justices of the Supreme Court have begun sitting for the third time on the petition brought before them by three leaders of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).
NPP flagbearer Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, his running mate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and party Chairman Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey are challenging the outcome of the 2012 polls citing widespread irregularities during voting.
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has mounted the witness box to continue with his evidence-in-chief.
He is currently being cross examined by Tony Lithur, Lead Counsel for first respondent, President John Mahama.
