Barcelona president Josep Bartomeu has declared his interest in Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba, despite the fact that the Treble winners can't sign any players until 2016.
Pogba, 22, impressed in the Champions League final as Juve lost 3-1 to Barcelona, but the Catalan side are currently banned from bringing in any new arrivals after breaking international rules regarding the acquisition of youth players.
Bartomeu, however, made it quite clear that the French midfielder is wanted at the Camp Nou.
"It is true that Pogba is a leading target of ours and obviously we are interested, but I can't say anything more," he told Telefoot. "We are forbidden to recruit players until January, so I can't talk about it."

Barca sporting director Ariedo Braida was pictured talking to Pogba's agent Mino Raiola ahead of the final in Berlin, but Juventus director general Giuseppe Marotta says that he would not consider a sale.
"His position is different. Pogba has a multi-season contract, is growing year on year and we need quality players to improve the team," he said.
"In this case, the desire of the club is predominant over that of the player. Our rapport is excellent, we don't want to sell him, there are no negotiations and we have no intention of starting any."
Paul Pogba made 37 appearances for Juventus this season scoring 9 goals.
