NDC financier, Alfred Agbesi Woyome has resigned as the Board Chairman of the National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI).
Aide to Mr Woyome, Kwame Tawiah, confirmed the resignation to Joy News.
He said Mr Woyome wants to concentrate on his legal challenges.
According to Mr Tawiah, his boss was disturbed the decision of a court of law being challenged outside the legal system.
