Misconduct against Chief Executive Officer of RTU, Tema Manager, Supporters and player Hassan Mohammed, in connection with their Glo Premier League match with Medeama at Tamale on 28th October, 2012.FINDINGSFrom the evidence above, the Disciplinary Committee finds both RTU and its CEO, Abu Nurudeen guilty for misconduct.DECISION:On the basis of the above findings, the Committee decides as follows:It is important to note that Real Tamale United was on 6th November banned from its home venue for 6 matches and also fined GH¢5,000.00. It is also significant to state that this current incident happened at the time the first case had not been disposed off. The committee has taken into consideration the matters stated above and the fact that RTU as a club has apologised and shown remorse and therefore decides as follows:a) Mr. Abu Nurudeen, CEO of RTU has shown no remorse and furthermore sought to deceive the committee. As a repeat offender he is given a 12 month ban, beginning from the date of release of this decision, from all GFA approved activities and fined GH¢5,000.00 in line with GFA Regulation 39(1) (a).b) RTU is banned from its Home Venue for Six (6) Matches for its supporters’ misconduct as per GFA Regulation 39(7)(b). This sentence is however suspended for the season but upon the club or its supporters and or officials committing a similar offence the club will have to serve this ban.The Club is also to reimburse Referee Silas Okine for his medical treatment, estimated at GH¢200.00.c) Additionally, RTU is fined GH¢8,000.00 for indulging in acts which have the effect of putting the game of football into disrepute, as demonstrated by the unwholesome behaviour of its supporters. GFA Regulation 39(7)(a).
