Former Ghana midfielder, Laryea Kingston has made a formal request to Accra Hearts of Oak to terminate his contract.The request was contained in a letter signed by the player on Thursday February 28, 2013 and delivered to the Hearts of Oak Secretariat on Friday, March 1, 2013.According to the former Heart of Midlothian and Locomotiv Moscow midfielder, the request has become necessary because his ambition to help the former Ghana Premier League champions is not working.The Hearts of Oak Management is yet to respond to the request, which came when attention was focused on the crucial Medeama - Hearts match on Sunday.Kingston was suspended a month ago following his violent outburst against the club's accountant, Hackman Aidoo. The midfielder flew into tantrums when the official handed him a letter containing management's decision to withhold his January salary for truancy.It was the second time this season that Kingston had been suspended.He was handed a similar indefinite suspension after a bust-up with coach C.K. Akunnor at the club's pre-season camp at the Sekondi Essipong Stadium.
