Asante Kotoko extended their continental scoring run to the MTN FA Cup after they eased past third-tier side, Japekrom 5-0 on Thursday in the Round of 64.The Porcupine Warriors, thus advance to the third-round of the competition with a meeting against another third-tier team, Agbozome Weavers in the Round of 32 clash.Kotoko, who returned to the country on Tuesday from an 8-0 aggregate win against Sony Ela Nguema over two legs in the CAF Champions League were in imperious form.Lukman Kasim gave Massud Didi Dramani's side the lead in the second minute before striker Kofi Nti Boakye hit a brace to finish the first half at the Baba Yara Stadium 3-0 in front.Ransford Osei made it 4-nil in the 65th minute with Nurudeen Ali wrapping up victory with an 80th minute strike.Kotoko will now seek to get the better of unknown quantity, Agbozome Weavers on Monday in Ho.
