National Democratic Congress’ presidential aspirant, Professor Joshua Alabi, over the weekend celebrated the birthdays of Ambassador James Victor Gbeho and Right Honourable Ken Dzirasah in the Ashanti Region.
The duo, who joined the campaign trail of Professor Alabi, could not have their usual birthday parties to celebrate their 2019 birthdays.
In a Facebook post, Professor Alabi said he is grateful for the two statemen for joining him on his campaign trail and celebrating them on their birthdays is a memory he will live to cherish.
“The most striking of all is the fact that these elders decided to forego a celebration of their birthdays in Accra, where they would've cut their birthday cakes and would've been surrounded by their children and grandchildren,” Professor Alabi wrote.

The statemen were celebrated with songs sung for them by the branch and constituency executives in the constituencies they visited over the weekend.
