A Human rights practitioner, Edward Amuzu says he is going to court on Friday to challenge the basis on which doctors throughout the country went on a month-long strike.Lawyer Amuzu earlier filed an interim injunction application seeking the courts to compel the doctors to return to work.The Ghana medical Association (GMA) announced an end to the strike Tuesday, directing all doctors to resume work on Wednesday.However lawyer Amuzu, speaking to Joy News, stated he will still file a substantial case against the doctors within two days.“They [doctors] have called off the strike so it may not be necessary for us to go ahead with our interim injunction but the main case will still go ahead…”
