Gospel musician, Brother Sammy born Samuel Opoku, about a month ago, went viral following claims of having a cure for a number of chronic diseases including HIV/AIDS.
The artiste revealed his “divine healing water” (water mixed with a substance suspected to be DDT) was sent to him by God.
However, speaking on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Wednesday, Brother Sammy admitted to lying about the source of his medicine.
He told Andy Dosty, host of the show, that his HIV/AIDS cure is his grandparent’s invention.
Brother Sammy explained that he took on the task to sell the drug because his grandparent (he did not specify the gender) is weak and cannot help people with the drug, like he used to.
