Prophet Peter Anamoh, popularly known in Ghana as “Prophet to the Nations”, has described the visit to Ghana by United States (US) President Barrack Obama on 11th July and 12th July, 2009 as a glorious one which the nation must not miss. Prophet Anamoh, who boldly declared this in public on two occasions in 2004 that Barrack Obama is appointed by God to rule the US, stated in a statement that the visit is one planned by God. As a follow-up to his declaration in 2004, he went to the USA to prepare spiritual security throughout the land by praying 30 to 40 minutes in 48 States plus Washington DC. This took place from 20th April to 11th July, 2008. He said the chosen dates for the visit are very significant to Ghana since 11th July and 12th July, 2008 marked the end of his assignment in USA and his arrival in Ghana respectively; and by the grace of God 11th July and 12th July, 2009 will again connect Ghana and USA. As part of the spiritual preparation for peaceful elections 2008 in Ghana, Prophet Peter Anamoh did vigils in all the regional capitals of Ghana from 8th August in Sunyani to 28th November in Accra. Prophet Peter Anamoh claimed that he also travelled at the command of God to the ancestral village of President Obama in Kenya on 17th November, 2008, where he was made an honorary member of the Obama family by President Obama's Grandmother, Sarah Obama. In an interview with Brother Peter Anamoh in the Office of the Prophet to the Nations in Accra recently, he said "I wish the media had taken me serious in 2004 when) stal1ed talking about Barack Obama's presidency." The prophet went on to say that if the media had paid attention to God's servant, then details of Barack Obama's coming, work and glory could have been made public for the benefit of the world. “When I travelled through 48 states plus the Washington DC province, I did it on behalf of Ghana. “This is why on my return on 12 July, 2008, I declared that Ghana would benefit from my work in USA," Brother Peter explained.” "That prophecy is on tape and there I outlined the blessings that Ghana will receive because of the obedience of the prophet. "I believe this would answer the purpose of White House arranging for President Obama's visit to Ghana in 2009”. Ghana will begin to guide and direct the steps of the great nation America. Some sons and daughters of the nation Ghana will be chosen by God to 'man' great positions in the nation of America. Some great businesses shall be opened to the children of Ghana (and daughters of Ghana). Some important, influential places shall be made available for the nation Ghana because of the obedience of the servant of God to prepare the USA for Barack Obamaa."
