On Monday Junior High Schools (JHS) finalist across the country returned to school as directed by president Akufo-Addo.

The students have returned to complete their studies and write their final Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

Photojournalist Samuel Moore visited some schools in the Greater Accra Region as the students returned.

According to him, some of the students in their excitement failed to adhere to some of the safety protocols announced by the president.

While some students were knitted together in total disregard for the social distance directive, others were not wearing their face masks.

The reporter said, there was no enforcement of handwashing in some schools as no one was standing there to ensure that the students adhered to the directive.
