Tonight on JoyNews, PM Express took a look at the 1992 Constitution.
The need for this discussion follows several calls for a holistic review of the Constitution as it has several deficiencies, thus affecting the country's governance.
Those pushing for the review include Majority Leader Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu, Dean of the Law School, University of Professional Studies (UPSA), Kofi Abotsi, Executive Director of the Ghana Center for Democratic Development (CDD), Henry Kwasi Prempeh, among others.
But President Akufo-Addo says the country needs to be cautious in our quest to review the 1992 Constitution.
Host, Evans Mensah interacted with private legal practitioner, Martin Kpebu, Chairman of Petition Committee, National Interest Movement, Professor Raymond Atuguba and Founder of National Interest Movement, Dr Foster Abu Sakara to find out the way forward.
