Ghana-South Africa relations has grown over the years especially in the area of trade with citizens of the two countries forming partnerships to explore business opportunities.
But some citizens of the two countries are forming new partnerships in other sectors.
The latest is a musical collaboration between South Africa’s award-winning Gospel songstress Putuma Tiso, and Ghanaian Gospel musician Carl Clottey, Founder of Carl Clottey’s Ministry.
The partnership was disclosed during the 10th-anniversary celebration of Calvary Worship and Praises Encounter which was held in Accra to celebrate God’s goodness in the ministry.

The night, which witnessed powerful ministrations from guest artistes including Putuma Tiso recorded a huge attendance.
Other artistes who electrified the night were Pastor Isiah, Alexandrah, Minister Max Praise and Apostle Abraham Lamptey.
In an interview with Myjoyonline.com, Putuma stated that Minister Clottey is an amazing songwriter and a great worshipper.
She thus disclosed that the two are going to work together to blend the music of the two countries to promote it beyond the continent.Â

She said when the project starts, Minister Clottey will travel to join her in South Africa, adding that with Carl Clottey, it is even possible for her to compose Ghanaian song.
Putuma, who started her music career as an Afro-pop singer before she ceded to her divine calling, was one of the lead vocalists for the late South African Jazz musician, Hugh Masekela.

On his part, Minister Clottey thanked Putuma Tiso for honouring his invitation.
He described her as a tool God is using for His work in terms of song ministration.
He confirmed the partnership deal, saying, "she'll definitely be back in Ghana and we also sing in South Africa, we will work it out, we have big plans."

“Most definitely, we are going to do a lot of partnerships. She’s going to connect me to a lot of artistes and I am also going to connect her to a lot of artistes. We are all going to help each other to push the gospel to next level," said Carl Clottey.
