Born on October 30, 2004, Riyad Abubakar Tchasanty, at just 19 years of age, has begun showing glimpses of a future world-class player, with young strikers jaw-dropping numbers drawing loads of attention.
The right-footed forward is being tipped to be the next big thing from Africa as he keeps shattering league records in the lower leagues in Ghana's bottom-tier competitions.
The young footballer's recent performances and numbers have left many drawing comparisons with Manchester City's Erling Haaland, who himself announced his presence in the football world when he scored nine times against Honduras in the Poland 2019 FIFA U-20 game.
Several seasoned scouts have spoken profoundly about the young striker's awareness in front of goal, his excellent hold-up play ability, his ability to hit ferocious shots from a distance, and most importantly, his movement in the box, which allows him to pounce on loose balls and rebounds to score goals.
The world might already be enjoying the generational ingenuity of a very young Erling Haaland, but it may not have to wait long enough to see another African striker burst onto the scene in the next few years.
Currently, under the management of one of the most renowned and credible sports agencies, S. K. Sports Agency, Riyad Abubakar Tchasanty is gradually working his way up to become one of the next African football prodigies.
