Africa World Airlines (AWA), a leading player in the aviation industry, has honoured its dedicated staff members who have reached a decade of service, recognising their contributions to the company's success.

This milestone reflects AWA's commitment to celebrating the tireless efforts of its team.
With 12 years of operational excellence, AWA continues to connect people and facilitate travel across various destinations, prioritizing exceptional passenger service and safety standards.

In a speech during the celebration, AWA's CEO, Luolin Cui, expressed his gratitude to the long-serving staff.
"Just like the HAA slogan says, 'meet and cherished,' we are grateful to our staff who have worked with us for all 12 years.

"Their resilience and dedication form the backbone of our success, and I eagerly anticipate an even brighter future for AWA over the next 12 years."
Victoria Dela Massoud, an honoree and Check & Cabin Trainer, shared her sentiments after receiving the award.
"I am deeply grateful for this recognition. It motivates me to continue delivering excellence as I aspire to become a department manager. This honour fuels my ambition to work harder and aim higher."

Achilles Dumashie, a Line Captain and Operations Officer, emphasised the significance of the award, saying, "This recognition encourages me to strive for greater heights and look forward to many more years of service. It’s a push to keep achieving."

Albert Afli, an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, reflected on his journey with AWA, saying, "We started as a small company, and the journey was tough.
"Working directly on the aircraft, we understood how our actions or inactions could lead to accidents. That’s why safety has always been at the forefront of our minds.

"For the past 10 years, no major accidents have been recorded, which is a testament to our safety-conscious approach. This award is a reflection of our collective efforts."
AWA’s celebration of its staff serves as a reminder of the crucial role they play in the company’s ongoing success and its dedication to maintaining the highest standards in the aviation industry.
