Ghana youth international striker Ransford Osei could land a big move to Manchester City if he impresses in the Dutch top-flight.
The 18-year-old is set to play in the Uefa Champions League this season after Ghanasoccernet broke the news of his loan move to Twente Enschede.
Osei clinched the season-long loan deal on Wednesday from his Israeli club Maccabi Haifa.
But a bigger offer awaits the potential world-class forward as Manchester City have the first option to buy him in his contract.
This means if the Ghanaian makes a huge impression, the English big-spenders could swoop for him as they already have an agreement in place.
Osei impressed Man City on trials two years ago but they could not get the work permit to enable him play in England.
This resulted in the deal to keep him in their sights for a future transfer.
Osei began his career with Kessben in 2005 before moving to Poland giants Legia Warsaw last year after impressing at the U-17 World Cup.
He moved to Maccabi Haifa in the Israeli league few months later and made 11 appearances for the club, scoring two times.
