Ghana’s leading entertainment hub, Adom TV, has officially launched its latest talk show, Girls Can Talk (GCT), promising to drive meaningful conversations with style and confidence.

The premiere episode brought together a lively studio audience, nationwide TV viewers, and an engaged online community.
For its debut, the show tackled a thought-provoking question: Should a woman step back from her career if her partner prefers she focus on the home while he provides financially?

The panel, featuring media personality Priscywan, TikTok creator Yvonne Taina Martey, and event specialist Manuella Frimpong Ansong, delivered candid and relatable perspectives, challenging traditional stereotypes while addressing modern realities.

Midway through the show, Dr Michael Boadi Nyamekye made a surprise Zoom appearance to commend the Multimedia Group for creating a platform that celebrates intelligent female voices.
He praised the initiative for shifting the narrative around women in media from objectification to thought leadership.
The episode ended with a light celebration of the launch, but the core message was clear: Girls Can Talk is here to challenge norms, spark debate, and amplify the voices of women with power and poise.
Girls Can Talk airs every Tuesday and Thursday at 3:00 pm on Adom TV (DStv Channel 280, GOtv Channel 119) and streams live on YouTube via Adom TV Live.
