Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola was full of praise for Antoine Semenyo following his performance in the win over Tottenham Hotspur.
The forward scored a late winner in a dramatic 3-2 win over Spurs on Wednesday night in what could be his last appearance for the Cherries.
Semenyo is reportedly close to completing a move to Premier League champions Manchester City in the coming days following an agreement between the two teams.
The Ghanaian came off to a resounding reception from the Bournemouth fans after scoring the winning goal and Iraola could only speak positive of the player.
"I think he has earned all this. I am very happy for him because we know he is a top player but especially a top person," he said after the game.

"We pushed a lot to keep him until the last second here, and I think it is fair that he leaves with the feeling he has had at the end, with the sub, with the reception of the supporters."
Semenyo's striker against Tottenham was his 10th Premier League goal this season and his 30th in the top flight since moving to the Vitality Stadium.
