John Bart Addo has declared his intention to contest for the position of Youth Organiser of the USA Branch of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In a declaration addressed to members of the party’s USA Branch, Addo described the upcoming internal elections as a significant moment for the youth wing and called for renewed organisation and coordination among members.
John Bart Addo describes himself as a young patriot whose commitment to the Elephant fraternity has not been seasonal or convenient, but consistent.
He said his decision to contest the position is aimed at strengthening the youth front of the party through improved structure, strategy and unity.
According to him, the branch’s youth members possess energy and influence, but require better coordination and defined systems to maximise their impact.
Outlining his vision, Addo emphasised the need to build sustainable structures within the youth wing, including coordinated networks across chapters, clear communication channels and measurable objectives.
He also called for a more strategic approach to meetings, outreach and digital engagement, linking such activities to broader mobilisation and electoral goals.
He further stressed the importance of discipline and unity in building a youth wing that can effectively support party leadership and campaign activities.
Addo expressed confidence in his readiness to organise and mobilise members ahead of future elections, including the 2028 general elections in Ghana.
The NPP USA Branch is expected to hold internal elections to fill various executive positions, including that of Youth Organiser.
