Samuel Eto'o is ready to write history with Inter and win the Champions League, but he has asked not to be compared with Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Inter have been waiting 45 years to taste success in the European Cup. Eto'o won the trophy last two months ago with the Blaugrana.
The Nerazzurri's new hitman is keen on bringing glory to the San Siro and has underlined his plans.
"Maybe winning the Champions League with Inter will feel like how it felt the first time with Barcelona as it had been a long time since they won it last," Eto'o told the media during his official presentation.
"Everyone writes their history. I would like to write history with Inter.
"My Ballon d'Or would be winning the Scudetto and other things with the team. If I win the Ballon d'Or then it will be a bonus."
Zlatan Ibrahimovic kissed the Barcelona jersey during his presentation on Monday at the Camp Nou. Eto'o did not do the same with the Inter shirt during Tuesday's unveiling and he has explained why.
The Cameroon striker has told Ibrahimovic that you win over the fans by winning on the pitch, rather than by kissing the shirt.
"I am Eto'o and I don't like being compared to others. Ibrahimovic? I wish him all the best at Barcelona - My home for five years," added the striker.
"The reason I didn't kiss the shirt is that I want to win first and give my response on the pitch.
"Whatever Ibrahimovic did is his own business. If he kissed the Barcelona shirt then good for him."
