The Premier League Board has served notices to premier league clubs that the league body would be conducting their mandatory inspection.
Clubs are expected to comply with the league's guidelines of providing their audited accounts while their offices would be inspected.
Before the start of every campaign, the league body conducts such exercises as demanded by the Premier League Guidelines.
A Premier League Board statement reads:
"The 2009/2010 GLO Premier League is scheduled to commence in about two (2) month’s time, that is, SUNDAY 4TH OCTOBER, 2009.
"The PLB wishes to remind all clubs that it is mandatory to have functioning offices equipped with the following:
- Fax Machine
- Computer
- Photocopier Machine
- Telephone
- Submit Certificates of Incorporation as Companies Ltd by either Shares or Guarantee
- Audited Accounts for the year preceding the just ended league season
- Colours of jerseys
- The list of club officials, their functions, telephone numbers and signatures."
