Congress of the Ghana Football Association would gather for a two-day session beginning Wednesday.
The opening day of Congress would be held at the Alisa Hotel in Accra where the GFA will honour past chairmen of the FA and the Executive Council, which will be made up of 24 personalities including past chairmen who are all deceased for their works since the formation of the organisation in 1957.
The evening would also see the sport body decorate its sponsors with awards for their contributions towards the development of the sport.
Sponsors have been placed into categories: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
On the second day of Congress, the 127-member body would gather at the FA's headquarters in Accra to amend some articles in the regulations.
Articles 37.7, 37.8, 37.9 and 37.10 that deals with protests, appeals and reviews would be amended.
Also Article 8.8 and 8.9 on the relegation and determination of champions would be amended for all FA competitions.
