Midfielders Michael Essien and Anthony Annan and striker Prince Tagoe will complete the Ghana squad when they join the team on Wednesday for the weekend’s 2010 World Cup qualifier against Sudan.
The male senior national team trained for the first time on Tuesday with 16 players but the team’s numbers were increased by the arrival of goalkeeper Richard Kingson, who joined his teammates later in the evening.
Twenty players were named by Milovan Rajevac for the Group D qualifier against the Nile Crocodiles at the Ohene Djan Stadium in Accra.
Ghana sit top of Group D, five points clear in the qualifiers and are in good position of reaching a second successive World Cup finals.
