Female Under-20 team will begin the African qualifiers against Congo for a place at next year’s FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
Africa has two places at the competition to be hosted by Germany from July 13 to August 1, 2010.
The Black Princesses would travel to Brazzaville for the first leg on the weekend December 4 to December 6, 2009 before hosting the return game between December 18 and December 20, 2009.
Ghana’s team, the Black Princesses are one of 11 sides who will enter the qualifying campaign at the first round after drawing a bye at the preliminary round.
Other countries involved in the qualifiers are Botswana, Congo, Egypt, Namibia, Nigeria, DR Congo, South Africa, Tunisia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
