Milovan Rajevac is having second thoughts about goalkeeper William Amamoo after his poor showing in the international friendly against Japan recently.
The Sweden-based goalkeeper let in four in the second half as Ghana threw away a two goal lead to lose 3-4 in Utrecht.
Amamoo has been heavily criticised since then with his continuous stay in the team a subject of fresh debate.
Ghana boss Rajevac now says after the poor showing he is not sure whether he will continue to call the player up for future assignments.
"You know it's a bitter experience for us if you consider the last five matches competitive matches we didn't concede a goal. He conceded four goals in that 45 minutes-goalkeepers are usually responsible partially for the goals they concede but you cannot only blame him," he said.
"We will see in the next period of time so we are monitoring. It's difficult now to say is he going to be invited or not and what is his future. We are monitoring all of them and I can't tell more now."
Richard Kingston has been the undisputed first choice for Ghana in recent years but the race for his deputy is far from settled.
