Vice President John Dramani Mahama has returned home from the United States after a five-day visit at the invitation of the University of Louisville.
Whilst in the US, Vice President Mahama gave a talk on Ghana's journey in governance from the days of colonialism to the country's present system of democratic governance.
He also presented a paper on democracy in Africa, challenges and the way forward.
Vice President Mahama also met some investors and spoke about investment opportunities in Ghana.
The Vice President was met at the airport by some government officials.
