Frank Lampard has revealed his biggest World Cup fear - being drawn in a Group of Death.
Chelsea's England star admits he will be very nervous watching tonight's Cape Town draw as the Three Lions discover who they will face in the group stages in South Africa next summer.
England are one of eight seeds but could be drawn against the likes of France, Ivory Coast and Portugal.
Lampard said: "There's normally one Group of Death at every World Cup draw and I bet this one will be no different.
"So while it's great to be seeded we could still draw Ivory Coast and then Portugal or France.
"That would be a Group of Death for sure. That would focus the mind all right."
Neither France nor Portugal are seeded so England could draw either of them, although not both.
So Lamps is hoping to avoid the Hand of Frog Thierry Henry and wing king Cristiano Ronaldo.
He also wants to avoid Ivory Coast and Ghana, who have Blues team-mates Didier Drogba and Michael Essien respectively.
Lamps added: "All the England players' minds will be concentrated on the draw.
"There'll be the excitement of knowing who you will be facing and, hopefully, the relief of having avoided all the dangerous sides and dark horses."
