President John Evans Atta Mills has sworn in two diplomats to head Ghana’s missions in Belgium and Kenya.Yaw Konadu Yiadom is Ghana’s Ambassador to Belgium while his counterpart Kingsley Karim heads for Kenya.President Mills tasked them to always seek the country’s interest in all their dealings.“I have full confidence [and] remember that you represent Ghana. Ghana therefore should come first before any other interest. Bring Ghanaians together and promote Ghana’s noble objectives.”The president prayed for the envoys saying, “I wish you well and may the good Lord bless you in whatever areas you find yourselves engaged in.”The two thanked President Mills for their appointment and promised to work hard to be deserving of the trust and honor he has reposed in them.They also congratulated the president for appointing a number of career diplomats as high commissioners and ambassadors.Source: Joy News/Ghana
