The Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) is targeting to become the best bank in the country in the next three years.
As part of their strategic plans, the bank would be putting a premium on customer service to boost performance and penetration into the banking industry.
Managing Director, Daniel Asiedu, revealed this to JOY BUSINESS when management of the Multimedia Group Limited paid a visit to the bank’s headquarters in Accra.

“ADB has so much to offer the Ghanaian public. Our vision is to see ADB become the best bank in the country and we are working aggressively to ensure that is achieved”, he said.
The delegation from the Multimedia Group Limited was led by the CEO, Kwesi Twum.
The visit was aimed at strengthening the existing business relationship with the Agricultural Development Bank.
Speaking to JOY BUSINESS after the meeting, the Managing Director of ADB, Daniel Asiedu, was confident about an improved relationship between both institutions.
Mr. Asiedu who assumed office in March this year also shared with JOY BUSINESS his company’s strategy to be dominant in the banking industry.
