The 2106 presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has charged Ghanaians to chase out and shame divisive politicians who plan to use divisive tactics as a means to win the November 7 polls.
Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo made this call when he visited the Kotokoli Chief in the Madina-Abokobi constituency of the Greater Accra Region.
The NPP Flagbearer together with the party's parliamentary candidate for the area, Alhaji Boniface Abubakar and some party functionaries interacted with Imams and leadership of the Zongo community in Madina.

His visit comes as the Muslim world prepares to end the month-long Ramadan fast to celebrate the festival of giving, Eid-ul-Fitr.
Nana Akufo-Addo promised to deliver a government devoid of corruption, create jobs and also to put the country back on the path of economic transformation and make Ghana an industrial hub in the west African sub-region.
The Kotokoli Chief, Moro Salifu Haruna promised to give Nana Addo the necessary support in his bid to become president.

He, however, charged the party faithful to be vigilant to avoid rigging come November 7.
Nana Akufo-Addo's also paid a courtesy call on the leadership of the La Nkwantanang Chief and elders to ask for their blessings. The entourage visited artisans at Madina-Firestone and ended at the Madina market.
