Drivers and passengers are complaining about the worsening traffic situation in the capital.It is just three days to Christmas and many people are in town doing their last minute shopping and many others also travelling to other locations for the x-mas.Joy News’ Francisca Forson who visited the Kwame Nkrumah circle in Accra reports not only of heavy vehicular traffic moving at a snail pace but human traffic as well.Some passengers say the traffic has gotten worse because of the Christmas season.They believe there are some "ghost cars" and "human beings" in town.The passengers complained that sometimes commercial bus drivers have taken undue advantage of the situation and are charging more than approved.But some of the drivers of commercial vehicles who also complained about the traffic explaining why transport fares have gone up.They say that the increase in the fares is not an imposition by them but a negotiation between them and passengers.Source: Joy News/Myjoyonline.com/Ghana
