A statement signed by Mr. James Bebaako-Mensah, Secretary to President Mills, said that further Ministerial as well as Deputy Ministerial appointments will be announced in due course.

2. Minister for Education - Mrs. Betty Mould - Iddrisu
3. Minister for Local Government And Rural Development - Mr. Ofosu Ampofo
4. Minister for Youth and Sports Designate - Hon. Kofi Humado (MP)
5. Minister for Interior - Mr. Benjamin Kunbuor
6. Minister for Tourism - Ms. Akua Dansua (MP)
7. Minister for Health - Hon. Joseph Yieleh Chireh (MP)
8. Minister for Lands and Natural Resources - Mr. Mike Hammah
9. Minister for Transport - Hon. Collins Dauda (MP)
10. Eastern Regional Minister Designate - Dr. Kwesi Akyem Apea-Kubi
