Police at Dodowa in Greater Accra Region have begun investigations into the death of two staff of the Regional House of Chiefs.
The two, a bailiff and driver died shortly after suffering some complications at an end of year get-together.
Others at the party who suffered similar complications are said to be in hospital with suspected food poisoning.
But Police Commander for Dodowa, Superintendent Moses Segu told Joy News it is too early to conclude the two were poisoned.
He said the bodies of the two had been conveyed to the hospital for autopsy after which the actual cause of death can be established.
