The Police at Prampram are ready to prosecute the wife of one of their colleagues for allegedly pouring hot water on him. They say Patricia Arthur’s action caused Corporal John Appiah grievous bodily harm. The incident occurred in their home at the Old Ningo barracks when she allegedly accused her husband of flirting on the phone with another lady. Tema Police PRO, Inspector Olivia Turkson told Joy News that after hurling verbal abuse on her husband, Patricia left the room and returned with hot water and splashed it on Cpl. Appiah. According to the Police PRO, Corporal Appiah got badly scalded and was rushed to the hospital. He is responding to treatment at the Old Ningo Health centre. Source: Joy News/Ghana
