Twelve financial institutions have registered to participate in the maiden edition of Luv FM Inter-Bank and Family Fun Games slated for Saturday, October 22, at Opoku Ware School Park.
A lot more are expected to come on board for the mini-Olympics introduced by your super station, Luv 99.5 FM.
Bankers and their families are provided the stage to vie for honours in various sporting disciplines, with football, as usual, as the flagship annually.
Others include table tennis, snooker, athletics, ladies penalty shoot-out as well as lime and spoon.
The competition, organized by Luv 99.5 FM, seeks to foster closer relations among competitors in the financial services sector.
As the first edition, organizers are dedicating the mini-Olympics to promoting peaceful elections as Ghana heads to the polls in December.
Families of workers of the various institutions will also have a fair share of this year’s event as they will have opportunity to participate some fun games.
Bouncy castles will be available for kids on the sidelines, with more to bite over drink at the event grounds.
There will be individual and team awards for deserving winners at the end of the programme.
