FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter has sent Prince William of Wales a letter wishing him the best for his forthcoming nuptials with Miss Catherine Middleton.In doing so, the FIFA President also took the opportunity to thank his Royal Highness for his work as the figurehead President of The Football Association.In his letter, Blatter thanked Prince William for the “passion and commitment” he has shown for the sport, and underlined his “support for its development at the grassroots level” as especially valuable in “ensuring a bright future” for football.“I would also like to take the opportunity to thank you (...) for the passion and commitment you have shown for the game of football” Joseph S.
