Sulley Muntari will not face any disciplinary action for off-the-ball clashes during the weekend's clash between AC Milan and Juventus which ended 1-1.
The Ghana international was under investigation for twice lashing out at Stephan Lichtsteiner during the game as camera replays revealed.
Juventus midfielder Andrea Pirlo who was also being investigated escaped punishment for elbowing Mark Van Bommel.
But Milan defender Philippe Mexes has received a three-match ban after video evidence found him guilty of punching Juventus’ Marco Borriello.
