The Black Stars beat Prampram United, a division two side by 3-0 in a warm-up game at the Accra Sports Stadium, Thursday.
Two goals in the first half by Solomon Asante and Richard Kissi Boateng were enough to give the Stars a breather with Ben Acheampong putting the icing on the cake in the second half.
Derek Boateng and Agyemang Badu marshaled the midfield for the first Black Stars team which played only the first half of the game.
Isaac Vorsah was partnered by Rashid Sumaila in central defence, supported by Daniel Opare and Kissi Boateng on the right and left side of defence respectively.
Emmanuel Clottey and Jordan Ayew led the attack with Solomon Asante and Ishmael Yartey supporting from the flanks.
The second set had AC Milan Star Sulley Muntari leading the team with some breathtaking long passes, setting up Dominic Adiyiah and Ben Acheampong in attack for most part.
Daniel Addo and Jerry Akaminko were the pillars in central defence with Samuel Inkoom and Massawudu Alhassan operating from the right and left full back positions.
Rabiu Mohammed was instrumental in midfield together with Richard Mpong. Christian Atsu operated from the left with his speed.
Prampram United were more delightful but created very few chances with the most credible being a second half cheeky chip that beat Robert Dabuo in post but the cross bar came to his rescue.
