Kumasi Asante Kotoko have confirmed talks with National under 17 women’s team coach Mass-Ud Didi Dramani to replace Maxwell Konadu who has joined the Black Stars as Assistant Coach.
Coach Mass-Ud Didi Dramani is yet to come into the limelight but is spoken of highly as an intelligent young trainer who will do well in his career.
Kotoko is expected to hand Mass-Ud the job to consolidate the club’s premier league title winning success next season and CAF Champions league appearance.
According to Kotoko’s spokesperson Listowel Burkason, Coach Mass-Ud is favourite to land the top job.
“We have done a lot of background checks on him and management is convinced he will be able to take charge should Maxwell leave”. He told JOY Sports
“We have not concluded the discussions with him but we hope he finds the
opportunity something meaningful to identify with Kotoko”.
Coach Mass-Ud Didi Dramani guided the Black Maidens to a third time appearance at the FIFA Under-17 Women’s World Cup finals later this year in Azerbaijan.
